The Patterson & Associates Team

[P&A Team] [P&A Team] [P&A Team]

Patterson & Associates is organized as a team of treasury professionals. Not only do all the team members take an active role in monitoring market trends and activity, but also play an active role in understanding each client's needs and objectives.

Although each portfolio has one manager assigned who takes direct responsibility for the client portfolio, funds are managed in a team process so that the experience and talents of each can be magnified within the team by each other's specific abilities. The team process involves an ongoing review of the market sectors by the managers who then compare and contrast market and trade information to develop a complete and identify opportunities for the various portfolios. The team approach also allows for continuity and backup in the firm. Each portfolio manager is very familiar with each portfolio. In addition, since the firm has determined to stay in the short and intermediate term fixed income and money market sectors only and does not manage considerably different types of portfolios such as insurance and pensions (which differ in objectives and process and risk levels because of their duration) the overlapping analysis of the four professionals enhances each portfolio under management.
